Our client, a prestigious Amlaw 50 firm, is seeking a Senior Career Attorney with significant litigation experience to join its Strategic Advisory & Government Enforcement (SAGE) Practice Group in Seattle. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator to play a pivotal role in high-impact civil litigation and white collar matters while enjoying the flexibility and meaningful work offered by the firm’s innovative Career Associate track.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing

  or eligibility to waive in.

• 10+ years of substantive litigation experience, with a strong focus on complex civil matters.
• Deep familiarity with Washington State courts at all levels and the U.S. District Courts in Washington and beyond.
• Prior Federal District Court Clerkship experience and background in regulatory or internal investigations are strongly preferred.
• High proficiency in drafting briefs, motions, and discovery documents, as well as preparing witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational, written, and interpersonal skills are essential alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take a leading role in managing and advising on complex civil litigation and white collar defense matters.

• Support internal and regulatory investigations with strategic legal analysis and in-depth research.

• Advise clients across industries on government enforcement risks and litigation strategy.

• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, motions, and memoranda for civil and regulatory matters.

• Appear in court, manage discovery, and coordinate with co-counsel, government agencies, and clients.

• Work closely with partners and team members to develop strategic case plans and drive client success.
