How you will contribute:

• Collaborate with all internal and external team members to ensure superior communication with homeowners.
• Communicate via phone, email, Hubspot, and Jobber with homeowners in a friendly sales process, informing them of various services, specials, and promotions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to expand the business.
• Drive new business through strategic sales initiatives and networking.
• Analyze trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Utilize Hubspot or similar CRM to track sales activities and customer data.
• Manage quotes, jobs, and payments to maximize profits and minimize uncollected fees.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate between internal and external team members to ensure all jobs are completed and customers are satisfied.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.

What you need to bring to the table:

• Three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Ability to be a team leader.
• Desire to learn and expand your knowledge and skills.

Compensation/Benefits:

• $50,000 Annual Base Salary
• 10% commission on Property Maintenance Services (totaling approximately $65,000 including commission)
• 5% commission on renovation jobs
• Annual bonus potential
