Your Role with the Company: 

Bring your medical and leadership experience to become our client's Medical Supervisor! You will be responsible for the medical teams performance by conducting trainings for new medical coordinators and float staff, evaluate competencies adn coach for performance improvement.

Location: 

This wonderful location's headquarters is based in the Flint Township area and is located close to major freeways, restaurants, and shopping options.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee medical team.
• Complete audits of EMR, Scripts, discharge summaries, etc.
• Train on new policies.
• Oversee move in process for new residents.
• Accept calls during on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with upper management.
• Communicate with team and leaders.
• Other duties pertaining to position.

Experience Profile:  

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in medical field.
• Bachelor's Degree in medical field.
• Ability to supervise multilevel department.
• Experience with mental health preferred.
