Your Role with the Company: 

Your role will be to act as a liaison between the Clinical Director and HR/Finance Director. You will provide updates about strategy, adjustments and progress, measure training and development managers to identify areas of improvement, observe home appearance/maintenance, build staff bonds, and communicate directly with Directors and stakeholders.

Location: 

This wonderful location's headquarters is based in the Flint Township area and is located close to major freeways, restaurants, and shopping options.  

Responsibilities:

• Consistently build relationships with staff, guardians, and external agencies.
• Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards for project execution.
• Perform risk management to minimize risks.
• Great time management skills.
• Ensure weekly management meetings are completed by training and development and investigation managers.
• Complete interviews for Home Managers.
• Other duties pertaining to position.

Experience Profile:  

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
