We are growing and are seeking an experienced hire within our Accounting & Finance, and Tax Executive Search Practices. We offer a very flexible hybrid work environment with an average of one day in-office per week.

Working with our team as an Executive Search Consultant means the following to the firm:

· Targeting, sourcing, consulting, engaging, and retaining prospective Candidates through cold calls, warm calls, email, or outreach using a sourcing tool or technique.

· Assessing candidate talent and fit for current and future jobs.

· Crafting, identifying, and executing effective targeting and messaging strategies to procure top talent for the firm’s requisitions.

· Researching to create effective candidate pipelines for the firm.

· Providing market insights to the Tax Recruiting Practice Leader to aid in communication to Clients.

· Properly recording information in our database.

Qualifications:

· Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting on the agency side

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively articulate ideas.

· Ability to leverage recruiting or sourcing software to develop and execute effective successful strategies.

· Positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-starter mentality.

· Detail-oriented.

· Ethical and of utmost integrity REQUIRED.
