We are conducting a confidential search for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), a senior leadership role critical to the company's financial strategy and long-term success.

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for driving the corporate financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights to senior leadership, and ensuring the accuracy of both short- and long-term financial outlooks. In this position, the selected individual will be a key liaison between the organization and its parent company, collaborating cross-functionally to support the business in meeting its ambitious growth objectives.

The role involves overseeing the budgeting process, conducting in-depth financial analysis, leading strategic financial initiatives (including M&A activities), and ensuring strong communication of financial performance, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the FP&A team.
