Our client, a privately held company, are hiring a Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting to oversee critical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions across a multi-entity enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize month-end/year-end closing, consolidations, intercompany transactions, and audits.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements compliant with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Improve financial processes, implement automation solutions, and enhance internal controls.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing accounting team.
• Collaborate with teams across Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Technology for financial integrity and compliance.
• Manage special projects, including M&A activities and complex transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in accounting within complex environments.
• Expertise in financial system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
