Job Title: Sales Representative – Account Executive Location: Washington, DC/MarylandTerritory Coverage: Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and MarylandSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)Employment Type: Full-time, Benefit EligibleCompensation: Base salary, commission plan, and car allowanceSalary Range: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience; geographic differentials may apply)

Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, closing, client retention, education, and business reviews
Educate healthcare providers on a portfolio of high-quality diagnostic services to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Monitor and analyze competitive market trends, including pricing and service offerings
Collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and maintain key client relationships to support strategic growth initiatives
Promote both current offerings and new product launches
Provide responsive service and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate data, generate weekly reports, and manage pipeline activity
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Highly motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable with a strong drive for results
Proven ability to close deals in a competitive sales environment
Strong commitment to customer service and understanding of client needs
Proficient in CRM systems and basic office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with healthcare providers, health systems, specialty groups, or community health organizations
2–5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical field
Familiarity with areas such as Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, Oncology, Infectious Disease, GI, Rheumatology, Pathology, or Surgical Centers
