We appreciate our employees by providing:• Profit Sharing• Full Relocation• Full Benefits with 401k Match• Join a tenured team that values culture, growth, and work life balancein a highly technical entrepreneurial environment.Your unique role with the organization: Take your hands on engineering expertiseto the next level with one of the leading Med Device and Automotive Injection Molders in the country.• Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will personally lead thedevelopment and documentation of the optimum molding processes fornew product/tool launches, including DFM activities and participation incustomer meetings.• Regularly introduce improved injection molding processes andtechnologies new to the company that enhance PMC’s ability topositively distinguish itself in Capability, Cost, Quality and Deliveryamong our manufacturing peer group.• Develop Scientific Molding procedures for our new product processdevelopment methods, on- going processing practices, and secondaryoperations systems/protocols.• Drive processing improvements to advance their manufacturingefficiencies and customer value, enabling company to increase marketshare in its targeted markets.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior processengineers, mold technicians, and operators. Conduct training programsto enhance team members’ knowledge of scientific molding,troubleshooting, and best practices.
 
What we are looking for:• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalentwork experience (Previous engineering experience in a Medical Deviceor Automotive Injection Molding manufacturing)• Previous hands-on experience in injection molding, with a focus onmedical device or Automotive manufacturing. Strong background inscientific molding, process validation, and troubleshooting complexmolding issues.• RJG Master Molder or equivalent certification is preferred• In-depth knowledge of injection molding machines, processoptimization, cavity pressure monitoring, and automation. Proficiency instatistical analysis software and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).• Familiarity with medical device standards, including ISO 13485, FDAregulations, and GMP practices.Community Information: Indianapolis Indiana area
