Your Unique Role

Location:  Doswell is a northern suburb of Richmond, one of America's oldest cities, now a hub of culture, music, food, and the arts. Summers are warm and winters are moderate.

To be successful in this critical role:

• Degree preferred – training in Lean, 5S, 6Sigma, etc. is also helpful.
• You will be the go-to person for paper coatings and laminations, as well as cast extrusion operations
• Experience with new product trials.
• Working knowledge of material formulations
