Corporate Project Engineer – Specialty Plastics (semi-Remote)

This is a highly visible role within the organization that will be responsible for managing and executing capital projects from concept through completion.  These projects will vary in size and scope, across the companies facilities based throughout the US.  Travel between the plants will be required at times, specifically at the beginning and end of project lifecycles.

You will provide support in engineering throughout the project; developing plans, timelines, design spec reviews, and technical support.

Location:  Remote; travel as needed.  Midwest location preferred with access to at least one plant.

To be successful in this critical role:You must be a driven professional capable of managing multiple concurrent capital projects, both large and small, across several manufacturing facilities.

• BS in Engineering or related field.  PE license or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with plastics preferred (materials, extrusion, injection / blow molding, etc.  Other materials and processing technologies will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, strategic decision making.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
