JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Process Engineer / Technical Supervisor will be responsible for the optimization of manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce mold change times, and ensure top quality and safety standards are followed.  This position will focus on the technology Extrusion Blow Molding; specifically large part accumulator head EBM of large plastic components.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Technical Supervisor will analyze and process data, documents and reports.  This will include developing and documenting the process operations and parameters for the EBM lines.  Working cross functionally with production and maintenance, the Technical Supervisor will monitor key metrics and work toward continuous improvement.  Performing Root Cause Analysis and corrective action when needed.

To be successful in this critical role:

• Hands on experience with small part (continuous) or large part (accumulator) extrusion blow molding or similar technologies.

• Ability to develop and maintain proper documentation of manufacturing processes.

• Formal troubleshooting capabilities.
