Plant Manager:

The Plant Manager will be responsible for the 24x5 plastic injection molding facility in Indiana.  Provide strong leadership and mentoring to a team of highly motivated direct reports.  Drive continuous improvement in the plant to improve efficiency and ensure quality standards are met.

Location:  Indiana, small town near several metro areas.  Reasonable cost of living area with great school systems and many outdoor activities.  Relo can be offered.

To be successful in this critical role:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Prior Plant Management experience required.  Seeking a strong leader who can mentor the team of managers in the facility.

• Plastics experience is preferred and injection molding experience a plus.  

• Nice to haves: SQF / BRC or FDA regulated environment, Lean / Six Sigma training.
