Your Unique Role:Leading a team of 6, you will be responsible for managing and executing qualitysystems and processes, guaranteeing that our products adhere to the highest qualityand reliability standards, while also guiding our team to meet our performanceobjectives and goals.• Design and implement quality systems and processes to ensure that ourproducts meet or exceed our standards and customer expectations.• Using SPC to drive process stability.• Analyze quality assurance data and initiate root cause and correctiveaction efforts to eliminate assignable causes that affect product quality.• Conduct quality audits, review data and analytics, and makerecommendations for process improvements.• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to identify andaddress product defects and issues.• Lead and mentor other quality associates by providing guidance andsupport on projects and initiatives.• Partner with product engineering, process engineering and operations toreduce variability and scrap.• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems andprocesses.

What we are looking for:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of related experience.• Previous experience in plastics manufacturing, extrusionor injection molding• Previous leadership experience• Experience with quality methods such as statisticalprocess control, pareto, gage studies, capability analysis,design of experiments, etc. and managing QualityManagement Systems• Experience conducting root cause analysis anddeveloping effective solutions.• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally withteams such as product development, operations, andsupply chain and leading quality improvement initiatives.
