JOB DESCRIPTION:  This unique role will be responsible for new business development for sustainable polymer materials solutions.  Strategic market development and identification of opportunities for applications that would benefit from their product line’s material properties and sustainability story.

We are looking for a True Hunter who is energized by identifying new business opportunities and bringing them to a successful close.  This individual will call on end users, which include major CPG companies, and also on converters of paper & plastic packaging products including molders, film/sheet extruders, thermoformers, non-wovens, and others (other examples: liquid coatings, additives, laminations).

Location:  Remote location for the right candidate who is self driven, experienced at NBD, and located near a major airport for ease of travel.

To be successful in this critical role:

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.  Technical degree or advanced degree a plus.

• Experience in one or more of the target markets, applications, and technologies.  Experience calling on both end users and converters will be helpful but not required.

• A track record of success acquiring new accounts, in addition to managing accounts.

• Ability to travel as needed to be successful.
