Job Summary:We’re looking for a hands-on IT Supervisor to lead a team of multiple contract Network Engineers as we rebuild and modernize our network infrastructure. This is a Cisco-focused environment with most hardware being replaced. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, ensure timelines are met, and act as the key point of contact between the team and senior leadership. The project is owned by the CTO, and you’ll help drive execution.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of multiple Cisco-certified contract Network Engineers• Ensure timely completion of network tasks and milestones aligned with a large-scale infrastructure rebuild• Track progress, assign priorities, and remove roadblocks to keep work moving• Communicate updates, risks, and needs to the CTO and other stakeholders• Maintain high standards of documentation and change management• Ensure configurations follow Cisco best practices and company policiesRequirements:• Proven experience leading network teams or acting as a project lead• Strong understanding of Cisco network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)• Cisco certification preferred (CCNA, CCNP, or higher)• Excellent task management and communication skills• Experience managing contract teams a plus
