Overview:We're seeking a skilled AWS/Snowflake Data Architect to support a data transformation team in the healthcare space. This is a part-time, fractional opportunity (approximately 20 hours/week) ideal for a senior architect who thrives in designing scalable data solutions across legacy systems, cloud platforms, and modern data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable data architecture leveraging AWS and Snowflake
Lead legacy data transformation initiatives for a healthcare-focused engagement
Support app development teams in designing efficient data pipelines and integrations
Guide architectural decisions and best practices in a fast-moving environment
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders

Required Experience:

7+ years in data architecture, with recent hands-on AWS and Snowflake experience
Strong background in data transformation, database design, and ETL/ELT frameworks
Experience in healthcare data environments; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (EPIC a plus)
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fractional capacity

Nice to Have:

Experience integrating data across clinical, financial, and operational domains
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards
