  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, and enhancement projects—managing internal and external stakeholders through the full project lifecycle, including testing, validation, and deployment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sage X3 support, providing expert guidance, training, and issue resolution across departments.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations that address operational needs.

  • Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams to support reporting, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ensure ERP system compliance with relevant regulatory standards and data integrity requirements.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training documentation, and user guides for Sage X3 users and administrators.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and third-party application providers connected to the ERP ecosystem.

  • Provide routine system status updates, dashboards, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.

  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of system enhancements aligned with strategic business objectives.

  • Define and document user stories and business requirements for system improvements and feature development.

  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate acceptance test planning (ATP) to support audit and compliance readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

  • Sage X3 certification(s) strongly preferred.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Sage X3 experience, including configuration, implementation, and system ownership.

  • Experience in leading ERP initiatives across business functions and geographies.

  • In-depth understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.

  • Strong skills in documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication.

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies preferred.

  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10–15% if required.

Key Competencies

  • Experience supporting ERP operations in a multi-national, multi-entity organization.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with organizational change management and stakeholder alignment.

  • A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on user experience.

  • Multilingual skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.

  • Industry experience in Direct Selling, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is advantageous.

Measures of Success

  • Stable and high-performing Sage X3 system with minimal downtime.

  • Timely and successful execution of ERP-related projects and enhancements.

  • High user satisfaction with ERP support and training.

  • Demonstrable improvements in business process efficiency and system utilization.

  • Complete and audit-ready documentation, testing records, and compliance support.

  • Ongoing identification and implementation of system improvements.
