This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is fully on-site.

We're seeking a versatile DevOps Engineer to support CI/CD pipeline ownership, cloud-native deployments, and infrastructure automation across a growing technology organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with developers to streamline builds, manage containerized environments, and modernize deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or Bamboo)

  • Support the migration of legacy systems and workflows

  • Deploy applications into Kubernetes clusters using Docker and Helm

  • Write and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash) for builds and deployments

  • Implement infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform and Ansible

  • Participate in vulnerability scanning, DevSecOps integration, and patching

  • Collaborate closely with developers to refactor pipelines and support debugging

  • Monitor systems using tools like Grafana and manage alerting workflows

  • Participate in operational support, including occasional off-hours tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket Pipelines or Bamboo preferred)

  • Strong Kubernetes experience (actual deployment, not just exposure)

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell)

  • Experience using Terraform and/or Ansible for infrastructure automation

  • Solid understanding of both Linux and Windows operating systems, including patching and CVE remediation

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)

  • Experience deploying containers via Docker and Helm

  • Prior work on migration projects between CI/CD tools

  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, and DevSecOps tools

  • Light understanding of networking concepts

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • You take ownership of full deployment cycles, not just individual tasks

  • You’re comfortable mentoring developers and guiding them through CI/CD best practices

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and can flex across tools and platforms

  • You are security-conscious and attentive to system vulnerabilities

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, modern DevOps environment and improving legacy systems
