Position Summary:

A growing innovation-driven team is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to join its mobile development efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Flutter and mobile app technologies. This is an opportunity to collaborate on next-generation mobile solutions in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and scale cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to design and deliver new features.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot, identify bottlenecks, and fix bugs across mobile platforms.
Contribute to code quality standards, organization, and automation.
Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices.
Integrate AI/ML models and services into mobile applications where applicable.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in building and deploying Flutter-based mobile applications.
Proficient in Dart and familiar with Flutter design patterns and best practices.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as BLoC, Provider, or similar.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Exposure to native development on iOS and Android (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
Familiarity with animations, state management, and building custom UI components.
Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
Exposure to AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML) is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with mobile testing tools (e.g., Flutter Driver, Appium).
Familiarity with alternative mobile frameworks such as React Native or native Swift/Kotlin.
Understanding of cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Google Cloud.
Exposure to front-end (React, Angular) or backend (Node.js, Python) development.
Experience deploying and integrating AI models in mobile applications.
