  • Eligibility for a Top Secret clearance, which is mandatory for success in this role

  • A deep interest in mission-driven, national security-focused work and a passion for enabling technical teams to operate securely at speed

  • Build and manage the infrastructure supporting classified capabilities, enabling the rapid deployment and sustainment of secure networks and facilities

  • Oversee strategic real estate investments to meet classified operational needs

  • Manage site expansion initiatives and classified facility planning

  • Lead integration of people, systems, and workflows following acquisitions or org changes

  • Execute special projects across industrial security, infosec, finance, enterprise operations, and more

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, finance, or within a venture-backed high-growth environment

  • 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience establishing accredited classified environments, including both new-builds and retrofits

  • High initiative and a bias toward action; thrives in ambiguity and ownership-heavy settings

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with leadership

  • Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with clear frameworks and people-centric solutions

  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage with minimal to no cost to employees

  • Company-paid life and long-term disability insurance with optional expanded coverage

  • Generous paid time off, holiday schedules, and caregiver leave

  • Fertility, adoption, and family planning benefits

  • 24/7 mental health and wellness support, including therapy and coaching

  • Professional development stipend

  • Daily meals and stocked kitchen (in applicable office locations)

  • Commuter benefits and potential relocation support

  • 401(k) plan with traditional and Roth options (U.S. roles only)
