The General Manager & Vice President will be located at their location with less than 50 team members near New Bern, NC.


The ideal candidate will have management experience within the manufacturing industry, an electrical background, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit.


(Reports to the Board of Directors)




As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the sales management, materials management, and general management of the US facility.

In this unique opportunity, you will have the chance for immediate growth, taking on the role of President by the end of 2024 upon the retirement of the current holder. You will also have substantial autonomy in managing this smaller business, effectively providing you with the opportunity to take charge and lead independently.




·       Promote, expand, and enhance the company reputation for innovative, technology leading products and reliable customer support throughout the Americas.

·       Execute business strategies and plans to deliver top line revenue, market share and profitability growth.

·       Assemble, develop, and motivate a high performance, mutually supportive team dedicated to delivering superior customer service and excellence.

·       Encourage and recognize personal development, open participation, and creative initiative for and by all team members.

·       Provide consultive support and product application assistance necessary to deliver the best value solutions for customers’ technical and commercial problems.

·       Direct safe and efficient manufacturing and warehousing operations.

·       Provide the necessary facilities, training, tools, and resources for professional and production team members to execute and successfully complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

·       Protect the integrity of designed technical specifications and safety standards in all manufactured products and as required to maintain third-party certifications (UL, CSA, VDE, EN, IEC, etc.) and meet industry standards.

·       Ensure company compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

·       Support company initiatives, ISO9001 Quality Management and inter-company cooperation.

·       Occasional travel to customers in the Americas




·       Undergraduate degree: Bachelor's degree in (Electrical) Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

·       10+ years professional work experience

·       3+ years supervisory/team leadership within the manufacturing industry.

·       Technical Sales/ Business Development & Marketing experience.

·       Technical background/knowledge

·       Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials management, and financial and commercial management.

·       Supply chain concepts exposure

·       Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

·       Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.

·       Availability for occasional travel domestically and internationally.
