Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop project requirements to address product and process challenges, support new product development, and conduct technical investigations.
• Prepare design specifications and analyses, offering recommendations for management approval.
• Conduct mechanical design work for a range of prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial products within an advanced product development environment.
• Demonstrate strong technical leadership, particularly in designing products for manufacturing applications.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to the nature of the work.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis, with a preference for expertise in ANSYS.
