Key Responsibilities

• Custom Design: Engage with clients to comprehend their unique needs and devise custom solutions for generator enclosures and power distribution centers.
• Electrical Design: Develop robust electrical designs and systems for power distribution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry norms.
• Structural Design: Design structural components for enclosures and tanks, focusing on load-bearing, durability, and safety.
• HVAC Coordination: Plan and coordinate HVAC systems, including equipment and ventilation, tailored to the geographical region of deployment.
• Material Selection: Choose suitable materials for construction, considering environmental influences and client preferences.
• Bills of Material: Draft precise material lists for procurement and assist in part number development.
• Project Management: Lead the engineering phase of projects, ensuring execution aligns with designs and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control practices to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.
• Documentation: Generate comprehensive engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing teams.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with current industry regulations and safety standards.
• Client Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of fifteen years of experience in the Mission Critical industry.
• Extensive experience in electrical design and systems within the commercial construction sector.
• Certified Professional Engineer (PE) designation is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and CAD software (3D - AUTOCAD).
