Our client, a leader in the environmental consulting space is currently looking to bring on a Payroll Tax Consultant ASAP! They are open to a full-time hire as well.

This person will be based out of Pasadena, CA with some flexibility.

Assist with all matters related to Payroll Tax and compliance.
Handle tax related issues related to employees in all 50 states + Guam
Payroll Tax analysis and compliance for upwards of 10,000 employees
Make sure multiple company codes are processed accordingly (20+ company codes) and AICS numbers are adhered to appropriately.
State, county, and federal payroll tax issues are handled accurately including some manual filings and (NV modified tax).

Qualifications

Track record of success with payroll tax analysis and compliance
Prior experience with ADP (preferably ADP Smart Compliance)
