Join a leading organization in the Consumer Products sector as an HR Generalist, where you will play an integral role in shaping the HR landscape at our Indianapolis, IN location. This position offers an exciting chance to contribute to key HR functions, including training, development, and employee relations, while supporting the implementation of innovative programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to designated departments, focusing on employee relations, labor relations, terminations, benefits, project management, and organizational development.
  • Implement and manage HR programs concerning EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, turnover, and severance issues.
  • Collaborate with HR peers and other business support departments such as Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal to address company needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity enhancement initiatives and ensure adherence to EEO/AAP legal requirements.
  • Drive organizational growth and innovation by fostering strong employee relationships and ensuring alignment with HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Experience in a unionized environment is advantageous.

This role is ideal for a collaborative and compliance-focused professional eager to work alongside a dynamic team. You will report directly to the site HR leader and engage with cross-functional teams to influence meaningful organizational growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $67,000 - $93,000, plus an 8% bonus.
  • Generous benefits package, including a 9% 401K match, relocation assistance, 3 weeks of vacation, 6 occasional days, public holidays, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
