We are an oil field service company that provides rental equipment focusing on flag stab and drill-out operations.
The main role is to oversee daily operations – hiring, purchasing, budgets, billing, scheduling crews, monitoring equipment needs, and repairs.
Office and facility management
Plan and coordinate business operations at a district level to achieve financial and operational expectations.
Work with corporate to design and carry out a successful business model
Schedule management and sales for assigned projects
Billing, purchasing, and payroll approval
Ensure district-level employees meet all required expectations
Oversee projected budget as approved by corporate
Provide training for applicable personnel
Customer & Vendor interaction
Work in and lead small groups
Submission of reports on time
Operate a company vehicle upon request
Any other duties as dictated by management
Out-of-town travel may be required

5 to 10+ years of experience in the position:
District Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager
Experience with Flowback, Well Testing and Frac Stacks preferred.
Data Monitoring, Torque and Hydrostatic Testing, Frac Stack and Rental Equipment, Hydraulic Chokes, Plug Catchers, Sand Separators, Well Testing, Oilfield Safety, Flow Monitoring, Customized Oilfield Services, Oilfield Consulting, Petroleum, Upstream, Gas, and Drilling
Someone that knows how to manage people, delegate responsibilities, and make adjustments to the staff as it pertains to workflows.
