What You’ll Do

As the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind this boutique resort’s success:

Lead daily operations across rooms, dining, and guest services with precision and heart.

What You Bring

Leadership Experience: 5+ years in hotel management, ideally with luxury, lifestyle, or boutique properties.
Brand Knowledge: Background with big-brand or Marriott-managed/franchised hotels preferred.
Operational Strength: Proven expertise in P&L, labor management, and complex operations.
Hospitality Passion: A hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic guest-facing environments.
Vision: The ability to blend a high-touch guest experience with operational excellence.
