Responsibilities:

  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.

  • Team Management: Lead and supervise staff, including hiring and training.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of customer service.

  • Inventory and Finances: Monitor inventory, contribute to budgeting, and control costs.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous restaurant management experience.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Financial acumen and commitment to customer satisfaction.
