● Oversee front-of-house operations and guest services to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience aligned with our brand.
● Manage a small, high-end food & beverage operation focused on curated, personalized service for members.
● Coordinate closely with the kitchen team on food service quality, kitchen logistics, and supply challenges in a developing environment.
● Respond to and manage guest dietary requests, unique preferences, and special service needs.
● Support logistics for guest transportation between the golf course, lodging, and dining areas.
● Lead and support member events including dining, activities, and transportation coordination.
● Flexibly assist with operational needs beyond F&B, including housekeeping, development, or event setup during peak periods.
● Act as point of contact for member inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and continuity in service delivery.
● Work in tandem with a small team to support property growth and evolving infrastructure.
● 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality management (golf, resort, private club, or upscale dining preferred).
● Comfortable working in a remote location with a tight-knit, intimate team.
● Strong leadership and organizational skills in a startup-like environment.
● Exceptional guest service and communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
● Adaptability to manage multiple responsibilities in an evolving, hands-on setting.
● Passion for hospitality and outdoor recreation.
● Ability to problem-solve creatively and work effectively with limited resources or infrastructure (e.g., ventless kitchens).
● Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings.
