🧭 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Manager-in-Training (MIT), you’ll be immersed in every facet of restaurant operations, gaining the tools and confidence to lead a high-performing team.

Complete the MIT program with all required goals, assessments, and milestones
Learn the ins and outs of kitchen execution, guest experience, and team leadership
Partner with your General Manager for weekly coaching and development
Drive performance, culture, and hospitality through hands-on leadership
Set the tone for excellence and help shape a positive, guest-focused environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

2+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
ServSafe Certified or open to getting certified
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
A strong work ethic, high integrity, and a hunger to grow
Able to meet the physical demands of the role (lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk full shift)
