General Manager – Elevated Sonoran Dining

An exciting new Sonoran steakhouse, set to open in November 2025, is seeking a passionate and charismatic General Manager to lead the front-of-house team. This dinner-only, reservation-driven concept will bring the flavors of the Sonoran desert to life through open-fire mesquite cooking, regional ingredients, and a refined yet high-energy dining experience.

The Role

The General Manager is the face of the restaurant and the heartbeat of the guest experience. Every guest should feel recognized, cared for, and connected from the moment they walk through the door. This role requires a leader who thrives on the floor—walking the dining room, orchestrating service, and cultivating meaningful guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally engage with every guest and maintain a detailed Guest Book of preferences and milestones

  • Lead by example on the floor, inspiring and training FOH staff to deliver five-star, choreographed service

  • Collaborate with bar and culinary leaders to seamlessly integrate food and beverage experiences

  • Support operational responsibilities including scheduling, inventory, labor management, and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality

  • Strong service knowledge (wine, cocktails, table-side etiquette)

  • Exceptional presence: warm, confident, and guest-focused

  • Demonstrated ability to build loyalty and elevate the guest experience
