General Manager  
 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee daily operations for a high-volume fine dining or upscale casual restaurant. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in managing restaurant operations, cultivating team growth, and consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role offers an opportunity for a driven leader to maintain high quality standards, manage financial targets, and promote staff development within a supportive environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage daily operations, ensuring a premium dining experience and consistent quality standards.
  • Strategically plan and implement initiatives to increase guest satisfaction, enhance the overall dining experience, and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee restaurant financials, including labor, cost control, and expense management, to achieve monthly and quarterly financial targets.
  • Develop, mentor, and advance staff members within the team, identifying internal talent and creating growth pathways into management roles.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a comparable environment.
  • Proven experience managing restaurants with annual sales between $3-6 million.
  • Strong knowledge of BOH operations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, labor costs, and other financial responsibilities.
  • History of building sales and enhancing the guest experience.
  • Reliable references and a solid work history.
