Food Safety & Quality Assurance ManagerWe’re seeking a proactive, people-driven FSQA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and Sanitation departments. This is a key leadership role with high visibility, designed for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about building a strong food safety culture.

🏆 What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and develop FSQA and Sanitation team members, including hiring, training, reviews, and accountability

  • Be a visible floor leader, coaching team members and reinforcing a culture of food safety

  • Own and maintain compliance programs: FSMA, HACCP, SQF, SSOPs, HARPC, and more

  • Lead internal audits and prepare for third-party inspections

  • Investigate quality failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to support testing and continuous improvement

  • Oversee sanitation operations and improve systems and standards

  • Serve as a liaison with external auditors, inspectors, and vendors

✅ What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferred

  • 10+ years of FSQA/QA experience in food manufacturing, including team management

  • Recall experience required

  • Proven ability to lead, hold teams accountable, and drive results

  • Knowledge of industry certifications (SQF, BRC, ISO 22000, etc.)

  • Strong grasp of FDA regulations and food safety best practices

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
