We’re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to help maintain and elevate our commitment to excellence. You'll be hands-on, ensuring that every batch of dough rises to meet our gold standard.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Championing food safety by monitoring production processes and enforcing SQF/BRC standards

  • Investigating and initiating corrective actions through thorough root cause analysis

  • Making data-driven recommendations to improve quality and processes

  • Overseeing allergen management programs to protect product integrity

  • Accurately documenting inspections, tests, and audits

  • Communicating findings and collaborating across departments to drive continuous improvement

  • Staying active! Standing, climbing stairs, and moving across the facility as needed

🎯 What You Bring:

  • 3+ years QA experience in a food manufacturing environment (required)

  • Working knowledge of SQF/BRC food safety systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Solid math and recordkeeping abilities

  • Passion for food safety and commitment to quality

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently

  • Physical ability to climb stairs, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
