Executive Chef – From-Scratch Kitchen Leader

Chef-forward, community-rooted, and team-powered — we’re looking for an Executive Chef who brings passion, presence, and precision to the table.

This isn’t your average back-of-house role. We’re searching for a true leader — someone who can inspire a team, run a tight ship, and still make time to taste the béchamel. You’re someone who thrives in a culture that values warmth, excellence, and doing things the right way — even when it’s the hard way.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Executive Chef or CDC background in full-service, upscale casual concepts with scratch kitchens

  • Deep culinary knowledge and high standards — with the systems to back it up

  • A coaching mindset — you lead by example and bring your team with you

  • Clear communication, strong financial acumen, and sharp organizational skills

  • Experience overseeing kitchen operations, hiring, scheduling, inventory, prep, service, and sanitation

  • Passion for food and people, equally

The Details:

  • Compensation – Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience

  • Time Off – 3 weeks PTO annually, available after 90 days (no rollover)

  • Medical Stipend – 50% of your monthly premium (max $250/month)

  • Bonus Program Launching Q4 2025 – Targeting 20% of base, distributed quarterly, tied to KPIs like Sales, Prime Costs, Net Income & Guest Sentiment
