In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, venues, and our service team to ensure every detail of full-service and delivery events is seamless, accurate, and unforgettable.

What You’ll Do

• Contract and coordinate events, ensuring accuracy in pricing, logistics, and details.

• Manage all event needs, including equipment, linens, food, and service.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally.

• Partner with service teams to execute full-service events smoothly.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, clients, and vendors.

• Ensure prep sheets, pull sheets, and event instructions are complete and accurate.

• Contribute to overall guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and solving problems quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of catering or event sales experience preferred (but not required).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Detail-oriented with basic math, accounting, and computer skills.

• Familiarity with food & beverage operations a plus.

• Professional, polished appearance with confidence and initiative.

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
