Position Summary: We are in search of a dynamic and people-centric professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence the future of our workforce. As the primary driver of talent sourcing and onboarding across all service lines, you will develop innovative recruiting channels, establish a robust talent pipeline, and champion our company culture and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop a diverse and qualified pipeline of candidates in skilled trades, construction, and commercial services.
  • Leverage alternative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, trade schools, veteran organizations, and referrals.
  • Create job-specific interview guides and standardize hiring processes across the company.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze and report on key hiring metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate a cohesive and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, community events, and industry expos.
  • Drive initiatives for internal mobility and succession planning.
  • Serve as an accessible resource for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate and recommend adjustments to the total rewards package based on industry and economic trends.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues in collaboration with management.
  • Conduct training for managers on team management, discipline, and performance evaluations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Over 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, trades, or commercial services industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively promote company culture and vision.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRIS, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in building recruitment programs from inception.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with both operational teams and senior leaders.
  • Passion for employer branding, diversity, and cultivating a positive team culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or other relevant recruiting or HR certifications are advantageous.
