Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where your expertise will be pivotal in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent. In this role, you will strategize and execute innovative recruitment solutions to attract exceptional professionals across various roles, including Production and Support positions. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Delivery to outline ideal candidate profiles and assess recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from conducting prescreen interviews to providing feedback to hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates, ensuring diversity and skill density across target areas.
  • Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to make informed hiring decisions and strategies.
  • Manage job postings and draft compelling advertisements across multiple platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and management throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work with the HR team to enhance onboarding processes and support new hire orientation.
  • Utilize the internal ATS system for effective tracking and reporting of recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in internal recruiting within an agency or similar environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic vision with a creative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in sourcing passive talent using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and referral networks.
  • Sound judgment in hiring practices and decision-making.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office setting with occasional remote work, as agreed upon with the Director of Delivery. Regular use of standard office equipment is required, and some tasks may necessitate safety equipment. Employees must be capable of sitting, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
