Seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Engineer in Fort Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate will have HVAC Controls knowledge and be a self-motivated, technical problem-solver who excels at building relationships and closing sales.

HVAC Project Sales Engineer Tasks:

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to raise brand visibility and product understanding
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Identify new business opportunities, with a focus on retrofits and new construction projects
  • Design innovative HVAC control solutions that meet specifications and standards
  • Accurately estimate project costs and prepare competitive proposals
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and leverage data insights

HVAC Project Sales Engineer Profile:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in HVAC controls sales and/or technical sales role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a desire to continually learn and be challenged
  • Ability to pass background checks for sensitive work environments
  • Flexible schedule to meet project/bid deadlines
