Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking a motivated junior-level Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Gaming Practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex regulatory and transactional matters within one of the most respected gaming practices in the country.
Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing

2–3 years of substantive experience in gaming law, regulatory filings, regulatory counseling, or transactional work for gaming industry clients
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to inspire client confidence through a strong presence, advocacy skills, and practical judgment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive to contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing practice
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks preferred
Key Responsibilities

Advise gaming industry clients on federal, state, and local regulatory compliance matters

Draft and prepare regulatory filings and submissions for licensing and approvals

Support transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, and financing involving gaming clients
- Provide regulatory due diligence for corporate and financial transactions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys across offices on multi-faceted, high-profile matters
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, clarity, and practical advice

Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary range of $225,000-$250,000, as determined by experience and market factors
