Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company recognized for their commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to build, lead, and develop their maintenance team. This is a new and pivotal leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure, motivating teams, and driving strategic improvements across plant operations.
Maintenance Manager Details
• Permanent, full-time position
• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Salary Range: Up to – $130,000

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance department, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and plant efficiency
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and production leadership to ensure alignment of maintenance goals with overall business objectives
• Oversee installation, upgrades, and maintenance of all production and facility equipment
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, prioritize tasks, and coordinate work with vendors and contractors
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
• Drive root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and introduce innovative solutions to prevent recurring issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements
Maintenance Manager Qualifications
• 6+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, preventative maintenance, and reliability programs
• Experience leading a team, setting objectives, and building a high-performance culture
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS or similar maintenance systems
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on leadership and long-term planning
• Post-secondary education in engineering, maintenance management, or related field preferred
