We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Inside Sales Coordinator to support the daily operations of our recruitment and marketing teams.
This role blends administrative coordination with business development, lead generation, and client outreach, helping grow relationships and drive new opportunities for our recruitment firm.
The ideal candidate enjoys organization, communication, and sales — and is eager to learn.

 

Position Details

·       Permanent, full-time role with a remote work setup

·       Competitive compensation at $25/hour

·       Two weeks’ vacation plus statutory holidays

·       Flexible hours at 30–40 hours per week*

Key Responsibilities

·       Support daily administrative and sales operations for the recruitment team

·       Assist in business development and lead generation through research, outreach, and follow-ups

·       Update and maintain accurate client and candidate data in the Top Echelon CRM

·       Help draft and send introductory emails, proposals, and follow-up communications to potential clients

·       Create and post job descriptions across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, company website)

·       Support marketing initiatives — social media posts, email campaigns, and client flyers 

·       Track invoices, leads, and sales activity in Excel

·       Schedule interviews, client calls, and internal meetings using Outlook and Teams

·       Monitor job board performance and refresh postings as needed

·       Assist with digital filing, reports, and general administrative support

·       Participate in special projects related to business growth and client engagement

 

Qualifications

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, inside sales, or business development

·       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

·       Experience with CRM systems (Top Echelon or similar ATS/CRM)

·       Comfortable making calls, sending outreach emails, and following up with leads

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·       Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

·       Creative mindset with interest in marketing and social media

·       Reliable, adaptable, and proactive team player with a customer-focused attitude
