One of our long-time partners, an International Manufacturer and Distributor of Bath and Kitchen products has an immediate opening for an experienced, Associate Product Consultant to join their team. Bi-lingual French or Unilingual applicant’s welcome!.

*This role is 90% remote and 10% onsite. Candidate must have the ability to commute with reliable transportation to the Oakville office.

DETAILS -

Benefits from day ONE, health & dental (100% coverage)
2 weeks holiday in the first year (10 days), option to purchase an additional 5 days
Monday – Friday: 40 hrs. per week - Rotating Shift
Remote (90%) Onsite (10%)
Unbelievable RRSP company match contribution (8%) *
4% Annual bonus – Based on company performance (Hit in the past 16+ years)
$49,500/yr base salary (French) $47,000/yr base salary (Unilingual)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING -

Answer all inbound calls on cue
Assist customers, sales force, plumbers, wholesale agents and other associates with:
Order Entry
Status Updates
Troubleshooting, tech / mechanical savvy
Product Information / Inquires
Respond to customers through phone.
Communicate with marketing and finance on consumer cash sales.
Discuss deliveries, transfer orders, and pick up orders with shipping.

*After being fully trained you would be expected to work onsite a few times a month as well as anytime a shift from the walk up counter requires coverage (sick, vacation etc.) When being asked into the office; the duties stay the same but with face -to-face interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 diploma
1 year of Call Centre Experience - *Must have worked in a call center environment.
Knowledge of plumbing or electrical a great asset!
Must be resilient, have situational adaptability.
Must be able to respond to high level call volumes at times. Up to 60 calls per day
SAP-an asset
Very strong, clear communication skills
Face-to-face customer service skills
