Our client, a premier supplier of composite wood panels serving distributors and original equipment manufacturers across Canada and the USA, is in search of a dynamic Senior Account Manager – Inside Sales in Cambridge, ON.

 In this role, you'll be at the forefront of sales interactions with both new and existing accounts. You'll take charge of the complete sales process, bringing your proactive and goal-oriented approach to drive success.  Account Manager/ Inside Sales details:

  • $65,000 to $80,000 base salary *+performance bonuses that could equal up to 20-30% of your base salary
  • Monday to Friday (8-5) with up to 3 weeks vacation *

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of B2B Sales experience (outside and/or inside) 
  • Demonstrated success in a sales position with territory responsibility.
  • Consultative sales approach with above average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close.
  • Comfortable with speaking (cold call) new customers and experience with customer retention and re-gaining lost business.
  • Experience with sales software, M-Files and Spire experience is considered an asset.
  • Languages spoken: English (Fluent), French (Asset)
  • Strong sales/negotiation skills with a passion and confidence to hit targets and imprint a positive sales mentality to others.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of woods or lumber products an asset (not required)
