Our global agricultural commodities client is seeking a Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead strategic finance across their Pulses Vertical. This is a high-impact leadership role within a multinational organization, responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, and data-driven decision-making on a global scale.

 

Global Head of FP&A Details

Global Head of FP&A Responsibilities

  • Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles for the Pulses Vertical.
  • Develop robust financial models and deliver forward-looking insights to support key business and investor decisions.
  • Oversee consolidated management and board reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency across regions.
  • Partner with regional CFOs and Controllers to drive performance, evaluate investments, and support pricing and capital allocation.
  • Implement and enhance ERP and BI systems (D365, Power BI, Tableau) for real-time analytics and process automation.
  • Standardize and streamline FP&A processes globally, improving forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
    Build and mentor a high-performing global FP&A team, fostering collaboration across finance, operations, and strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO (Pulses Vertical), and investor relations team.

 

Global Head of FP&A Qualifications

  • CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent designation.
  • 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A leadership.
  • Strong background in multinational, agri-commodity, or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders globally.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to see the “big picture.”
