Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. The successful candidate will lead the accounting department and work closely with the executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Develop and implement department SOPs, financial policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and special projects, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with banking institutions and other financial entities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of senior-level accounting or finance experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or CPA certification.
  • Previous experience as a Controller or CFO.
  • Background in manufacturing and tax advisory services.
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-oriented environments.
  • Proven track record of managing senior banking relationships and finance teams.
