Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
Lead, coach, and manage a team of installers, project managers, and administrative staff
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports for ownership
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar position in construction, home improvement, or related industry
Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and team leadership
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service
Proficiency with business management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
