We are seeking a results-driven and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing residential construction company. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service to customers. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for helping homeowners make their living spaces safer, more accessible, and more functional.
 
Responsibilities For General Manager:
  • Oversee daily business operations, including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of installers, project managers, and administrative staff

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports for ownership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners

  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

 
Qualifications For General Manager:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar position in construction, home improvement, or related industry

  • Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and team leadership

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service

  • Proficiency with business management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

 
Compensation For General Manager:
$75,000 and up (DOE)
