Coordinate and manage the loan closing process from preparation through final documentation

Review loan packages, closing instructions, and title commitments for accuracy and compliance

Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and properly executed

Perform extensive data entry with a high degree of accuracy

Communicate with lenders, title companies, borrowers, and internal staff to resolve any issues

Maintain records and update loan files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Assist in preparing title policies and reviewing for accuracy

Ensure adherence to company standards, banking regulations, and compliance guidelines

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

2+ years of experience in banking, lending, loan administration, or a related field

Familiarity with loan closing procedures and title policies required

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
