We are seeking a reliable and personable Evaluator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for traveling to residential job sites to take measurements, capture photos, and complete a standardized evaluation form. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys meeting with homeowners, can work independently, and is comfortable with local travel outside of Albuquerque for day trips. Overnight travel is very rare.
Responsibilities For Evaluator:

Visit homes to assess and measure project areas
-
Take clear and detailed photos of the job site
-
Accurately complete evaluation forms for internal use
-
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with homeowners
-
Communicate findings to the office team
-
Travel locally as needed (mileage reimbursement available)
Qualifications For Evaluator:
-
Friendly, customer-oriented personality
-
Comfortable interacting with homeowners and answering basic questions
-
Ability to travel for day trips outside of Albuquerque
-
Dependable and organized with attention to detail
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-
Experience in construction, home inspections, remodeling, or related field is a plus
-
Basic knowledge of measuring tools and smartphones/tablets
Compensation For Evaluator:
$20 Hourly
